Common questions

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No credit card required. Sign up with just your email address and get 10 free API calls per day immediately.
What happens if I exceed my daily call limit?
Calls beyond your daily limit return a 429 Too Many Requests response. Your quota resets at 00:00 UTC. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel or change your plan from the dashboard at any time. Paid subscriptions continue until the end of the billing period.
Is historical data available?
The Pro plan includes access to the /export endpoint which provides CSV downloads of historical signal data for backtesting. Free and Trader plans have access to the last 30 days of usage data in the dashboard.
How accurate is the whale tracking?
Our auto-discovery algorithm identifies high-value traders on Hyperliquid based on PnL, position size, and win-rate thresholds. The 250+ wallet pool is continuously refreshed. Whale consensus is recalculated every 5 minutes using live position data from the Hyperliquid API.
