Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Smart Money API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Smart Money API ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

Smart Money API provides cryptocurrency market intelligence data through a REST API. The Service aggregates publicly available derivatives data, on-chain metrics, and anonymously tracked wallet activity to produce composite scoring signals.

The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only. We are not a registered financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment manager. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. Accounts and API Keys

Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

API Key Security

• Do not share your API key publicly or embed it in client-side code
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your key
• We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these Terms

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Exceed your plan's rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the API data without written permission
• Use the Service to build a competing product without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate, complete, or reliable. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable. Past performance data presented on this site does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SMART MONEY API BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service.
