When do I get paid? What's the payout schedule? +

Payouts happen on the 15th of every month. Commission is calculated based on active subscriptions as of the last day of the previous month. For example, if 10 customers are subscribed on March 31st, you get paid for all 10 on April 15th. Minimum payout is $50 — if you have less than $50 accumulated, it rolls to the next month automatically. No earning limit. Once you hit $50, you'll receive payouts every month (or sooner if you earn more than $50 before the 15th).

Is there a cap on how much I can earn? +

No cap. Zero. You earn 15% on every referred customer, every month, indefinitely. Whether you refer 5 people or 5,000, the commission structure stays the same. The only limit is how many customers you can refer — and that's unlimited. Some affiliates are now earning $3,000+ per month. You could earn more than that if you wanted to. We want our affiliates to succeed wildly.

Can I use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.)? +

Yes, you can run paid ads. We only ask that: (1) you disclose the affiliate relationship clearly in your ads, (2) you follow the ad platform's terms of service, (3) your ads don't make misleading claims about Smart Money API's features or performance. We recommend starting with organic channels (your existing audience) first — they convert better and cost $0. Once you've proven conversions, paid ads can scale things up. What happens if a customer I referred cancels their subscription? +

You stop earning commission from that customer the month after they cancel. If they cancel on March 15th, you get paid for March (they were active on March 31), but no payment in April. However, you can always refer new customers. Churn is normal — focus on driving volume. And remember: upgrades work in your favor. If someone cancels the Trader plan but subscribes to Pro later, you earn at the higher rate. The dashboard shows you real-time who's active and who churned.

How long does the referral cookie last? +

Your referral link has a 90-day cookie. Someone clicks your link on January 1st? They have until March 31st to sign up and still be credited to you. Don't worry about them visiting multiple times — the cookie lasts 90 days regardless. If they visit again within that window, the clock resets. This is a generous window compared to most affiliate programs (many only offer 30 days). 90 days gives your audience plenty of time to think, research, and decide.

Can I refer users from any country? +

Smart Money API is available globally. You can refer customers from any country where we operate (which is almost everywhere). Commission is tracked and paid the same regardless of your referral's location. Payout methods (crypto USDT/USDC or international bank transfer) work worldwide. No geographic restrictions on earning.

Typically 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri). We review applications to check brand alignment and basic legitimacy. Most applications get approved. Rejections are rare and only happen if the application looks suspicious (spam, bot accounts, clear intent to mislead). If approved, you get an email confirmation and your referral link is active immediately in your dashboard. If rejected, we'll email you why and you can often reapply with corrections.
